These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the ZenSlime app ("the app"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ZenSlime on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's standard usage rules.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, interfere with its normal operation, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.

Purchases and subscriptions

If the app offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, these are billed and managed by Apple through your App Store account, subject to Apple's own terms and refund policies.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the app, or your access to it, at any time, including if you violate these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
